Another winter storm taking aim at region
The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm warning for a large part of southeastern Minnesota
as heavy snow could fall in the region tomorrow. It appears the heaviest snow will fall between 5 - 11 a.m.
The Weather Service is also concerned about strong winds that could cause blowing and drifting snow, affecting visibility in open areas.
Morning traffic will be lighter than normal because of the President's Day holiday. Most government offices and Rochester's K-12 schools will be closed in observance of the holiday.
