Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - Voters in Rochester and elsewhere in Olmsted County who want to cast a ballot before election day will have another option beginning Tuesday.

The county and city are planning to open a “pop-up voting location” to
mark the beginning of Minnesota’s direct balloting period.

It will be located in conference rooms 2A and 2B at the Olmsted County Government Center.

Early absentee voting for the November 3 General Election began September 18 and will continue through November 2nd.

Early absentee voting is also still available at the new Olmsted County Elections Office at 2122 Campus Drive SE in Rochester.
