Red Wing, MN (KROC-AM News) - A Rochester man with a history of drunk driving offenses has pleaded guilty to a criminal vehicular homicide charge in Goodhue County.

Four other charges, including another count of criminal vehicular homicide, were dropped through a plea deal entered into today by 34-year-old Dustin Hicks. He was accused of driving drunk when his car left a road near Red Wing and rolled on April 27th. His passenger, 34-year-old Krista Koblitz of Rochester, was killed in the crash.

Hicks is scheduled to be sentenced on November 8th. His criminal history includes three previous DWI convictions in Olmsted and Wabasha Counties. The most recent was in 2011 and resulted in a sentence of 90-days in jail and three years on probation.
