Events of last year put his future in doubt and caused him to miss all but one game last season. The N-F-L’s top running back joined his teammates Saturday at Minnesota State University. Fans who gathered for the annual move-in cheered loudest for Peterson.

He and the Vikings agreed last week on a rewritten contract, fully guaranteeing him 13 million dollars. He was reinstated by the league last April after being convicted of child abuse for punishing his son too severely.

It seems everyone else has arrived and is healthy.  One player, cornerback Jabari Parker, was handed a two game suspension by the league for a DUI he received in December.

The first full team workout is today.
