* WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast Iowa, southeast
Minnesota, and central, north central, southwest, and west central
Wisconsin.

* WHEN...Until midnight CST tonight.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
Icy spots will develop on untreated roads, bridges and overpasses.
