Megan Wolfe, Sydney Baldwin and Sarah Potomak each picked up single assists, while Kelly Pannek found the back of the net to extend her team-best point streak to 13 games.

Leveille's 18-save shutout included stopping BSU's Ivana Bilic on a breakaway midway through the second period to keep the Beavers (10-3-2, 7-3-1-0 WCHA) off the board. BSU netminder Brittni Mowat made 31 saves as Minnesota outshot Bemidji State, 35-18.

The teams meet in game two of the series at 4 p.m. CT Saturday afternoon at Ridder Arena.
