I personally love this idea! I'm a total bargain shopper and frequent thrift stores. I also love doing clothes swap parties with my friends. Any way I can get my hands on cute clothes WITHOUT having to spend a fortune, I'm game. Big department stores are realizing that I'm not the only one dabbling in thrift shops, they've decided to create their own thrift shop in-store.

According to Forbes, both Macy's and J.C. Penney are teaming up with ThredUp, an online thrift store where you can buy and sell high-quality secondhand clothing. Merchandise from Gap to Gucci is offered for up to 90% off retail prices.

It sounds like they are going to roll this out and test it in select locations - no word on when or where. If it does well, however, we could be seeing it in other locations in the future.

According to ThredUp, 64% of women have bought or are now willing to buy secondhand products. Are you?
