Take the stunning Jay Cooke Bridge in Duluth, for example. While it's a well-known historic landmark, that was built in 1934, it doesn't quite make the cut for one of the oldest in Minnesota. In fact, the bridges I'm about to show you all date back to the 1800s!

As you admire these bridges, think about the sheer effort and artistry that went into their construction. The way things were built back then compared to today is so fascinating to me. One of these actually took three whole years to complete!
