Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A Rochester man described by police as a perennial window peeper has been sentenced for his latest incident.

It happened earlier this year when he was caught by police officers near Mayo High School.

At the time, the officers were aware  61-year-old Rickford Munger had been involved in two suspected window-peeping incidents a few days earlier.  After spotting his vehicle, they checked and found Munger near an apartment building.

For his latest conviction, Munger was given a six month jail sentence. He was sentenced to three years in prison in 2013 for violating a requirement to file with law enforcement as a predatory offender.
