The Minnesota Associated Press rankings of high school football teams in the six classes of competition have been released.

Nine area teams found themselves ranked in the Top 10 of their respective classes again this week.

Two teams in the area are ranked #1 in their class. Chatfield is #1 in Class AA and Stewartville is #1 in Class AAAA.

Southeast Minnesota was well represented in this week's rankings!

Two teams from southeast Minnesota remain at the top of their class in the latest High School Boys Basketball rankings released from Minnesota Basketball News.

Southeast Minnesota has proven to be filled with a lot of basketball talent.

In the first rankings of 2022, a total of 20 teams from southeast Minnesota cracked the Top 20 including a new #1 in Class AAA Girls Basketball.

20 area teams are ranked in the Top 20 of their respective classes in the latest High School Basketball rankings.

A total of 14 teams in southeast Minnesota cracked the Top 20 rankings in their respective classes in boys and girls basketball.

There are already been a lot of movement in the latest Minnesota High School Boys and Girls Basketball rankings
