Ear of Corn Water Tower

We see them all the time across various cities and towns here in Minnesota, but have you ever seen the inside of a water tower? We now know what it looks like!

The City Council will also be deciding on nearly a million dollars in property tax assessments for a major road project.

For many, the decision should be a "no-brainer."

I saw a couple of people on Facebook mention that they had heard a rumor that Rochester's ear of corn water tower came from France. Has anyone else heard this same rumor?
