Police say she was driving the victim's vehicle when she was pulled over in Iowa.

The victim's vehicle was found in Iowa.

The Cannon River Drug and Violent Offender Task Force assisted Faribault Police and is continuing to investigate this case.

The pedestrian was identified as James Gerald Brandenburg, 59, of Faribault.

The victim was a 23 year old Faribault man. A 26 year old New Richland man was arrested for, "being an ineligible person in possession" of a firearm.

The Sgt. did tell KDHL officers said the man was "uncooperative" during his arrest.
