The Minnesota Department of Human Rights has announced a settlement with a public school system over sexual harassment of a young girl by a school official.

The State Corrections Department issued an arrest warrant for him after Olmsted County prosecutors decided to release him without charges on Friday.

According to court documents, the Rochester man was accused of coercing a woman into sending him explicit photos using harassing and threatening messages.

Minnesota Court records indicate that his criminal past includes at least 5 felony convictions.
