Rochester police say he was arrested after officers found him hiding under the deck at his home a few blocks away from where the shooting occurred.

The shooting occurred outside a quinceanera party at Graham Arena.

The shooting in the town of about 150 people was reported around 10 PM Tuesday.

He is accused of first-degree aggravated robbery.

The incident occurred at Quarry Hill Park last week.

He and another man were arrested after Rochester Police responded to reports of an active shooting last September.
