A Monticello man is facing arson charges in the burning of a Minneapolis bank.

It appears the Twin Cities will remain locked down tonight.

Twin Cities community and faith leaders stood in solidarity with state leaders Saturday afternoon and called for Minnesotans protesting the death of George Floyd to stay home.
