Now I feel like I need to go to Target...just to walk around and see how many guys are in there shopping (and obviously look at the clearance).

Thankfully, Minnesota stores aren't on the list. But the statement from Target is very concerning,"...we cannot continue operating these stores because theft and organized retail crime are threatening the safety of our team and guests, and contributing to unsustainable business performance."

It's been a popular feature at Target, so much so that they even started charging for it at some locations. But is Target still on track to eliminate it altogether?
