Walkability is Becoming a Hot Selling Point in Rochester’s Real Estate Market

Robin Gwaltney with Gwaltney Group-RE/MAX Results says more and more buyers are asking for properties that are within easy walking distance of downtown Rochester.  While there have been numerous properties developed as apartments that fit that need, Robin says there is a clear shortage of condominiums on the market.
