Le Roy, MN (KROC-AM News)- A truck driver from Dover was hurt after crashing his semi-truck in Fillmore County Wednesday afternoon.

The State Patrol responded to the crash shortly before 1:45 p.m. It happened along Hwy. 63 at the intersection of 120th St. about 11 miles south of Spring Valley.

The state crash report indicates the semi was making a left turn onto eastbound 120th St. from the southbound lane of Hwy. 63 when it overturned and ended up in the ditch along 120th St. The truckdriver, identified as 64-year-old Brian John Justin, was taken from the crash scene to St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester for treatment of what are being described as non-life-threatening injuries.

Justin was buckled and alcohol was not involved in the crash, the report says. The Fillmore County Sheriff’s Office, LeRoy Ambulance and LeRoy Fire also responded to the crash.
