The victims, who have not been identified, were in the Jeep, which quickly became engulfed in flames following the collision. Photos of the crash scene indicate the pickup also caught fire after the crash but the driver survived. The State Patrol says 55-year-old Juan Gonzales of Maple Grove was transported to North Memorial Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The driver of the third vehicle, a 78-year-old woman from Andover, was not injured.
