Court documents indicate 39-year-old Nickolas Mihelic attempted to obtain methamphetamine once in February 2022 and a second time in March 2022. An individual outside of prison would mail Mihelic pieces of paper soaked liquid meth. Corrections officials seized the letters on both occasions, Lugar said.
