The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) issued a statewide Missing Person Alert on behalf of the Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office on April 10 for 18-year-old Adley Sky Robertson.

Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office Captain Tim Parkin says first responders were called to the scene of the crash around 2:45 Thursday afternoon.

Two vehicles were involved in the Thursday night crash and the person killed in Friday morning’s crash was a motorcyclist.

The court document says the victim had recently gone through a divorce. Rochester police began investigating the case last August.

The victim told police that he was assaulted and the intruders stole $3000 in cash and shoes worth about $1800.

Everyone involved in the crash was wearing seatbelts and alcohol was not a factor.

He is accused of pointing a gun at occupants of a vehicle.

The resolution was approved in the US House in January.

First responders were dispatched to the deadly collision shortly before 8:00 Wednesday evening. The State Patrol indicates two vehicles were involved in the fatality.

Four people are suspected of committing the violent vehicle theft last Fall.
