Terry Sprouse was fascinated by the 16th President, ever since reading Carl Sandburg's book about Abe Lincoln back in 1986 while on a Peace Corps mission in Honduras.  

In his research he discovered one of his main strengths was his ability to tell stories. He has written a new book entitled, "How Abraham Lincoln Used Stories to Touch Hearts, Minds and Funny Bones."
