Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A Rochester woman has entered into a plea agreement in a drug case that dates back over three years.

30-year-old Jennifer Nou pleaded guilty on Friday to a second-degree drug possession charge. A total of eight other charges stemming from two drug busts that occurred in 2017 are being dropped through the plea deal.

Nou and 34-year-old Kyle Peterson were first charged with trafficking in cocaine, marijuana, ecstasy, and prescription pills following a raid on their home in September 2017. Another raid at the same residence in December of the same year resulted in another significant drug seizure and the confiscation of almost $12,000 in cash.

Peterson pleaded guilty in January to a first-degree drug sales charge and was sentenced to 65 months in prison. Nou is scheduled to be sentenced on December 30th.
