
Are Minnesota Dunkin’ Donut Stores Now Facing A Donut Shortage?
Another shortage has hit the United States. Thankfully, the shortage isn't as massive as what we experienced in 2020 when people were lined up to grab a roll of toilet paper. It is one that could leave you empty-handed though...and slightly sad.

Donut Shortage Hitting Dunkin' Stores in Parts of the United States
One of the most popular suppliers of donuts to our bellies is experiencing a few issues right now. Dunkin', which has about 9,500 stores throughout the United States, recently shared with the Omaha World-Herald that some shipments received at stores weren't up to their standards. As a result, donuts were missing in the glass cases.

According to Fox 9, signs were placed on the doors of some Dunkin' locations letting donut fans know that the circles of goodness weren't available "due to a manufacturing error".

Are Minnesota Dunkin' Donut Stores Facing The Donut Shortage Too?
Based on the latest reports, only about 4% of the popular donut stores are seeing the challenge hit from this shortage. Several locations in Nebraska and New Mexico were listed as some that were missing the popular pastry.
It doesn't appear that any of the 41 stores in Minnesota are lacking the donut goodness right now. If I hear of any changes for our area, I'll update the story on our free app, website, and include it in our latest newsletter.
