
Baby, Toddler Among Three Killed in Head-On Crash in Minnesota (Update)
Ham Lake, MN (KROC-AM News)- A toddler and an infant were among the victims of a fatal head-on crash in Anoka County Sunday afternoon.

A news release from the Anoka County Sheriff’s Office says the preliminary investigation indicates an SUV carrying two adults and three children collided head-on with a pick-up truck along Bunker Lake Blvd. shortly after 3 p.m. The adult male driver and toddler were pronounced dead at the scene while the infant was airlifted to a nearby hospital where they died from their injuries.
A third juvenile passenger was taken by ambulance to a hospital where they’re described to be in critical condition. An adult female passenger was also brought to a hospital believed to be in serious condition, according to the news release.
Two men in the pick-up truck suffered minor injuries and were treated by paramedics at the scene. The Minnesota State Patrol, Midwest Medical Examiner's Office, Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s Office and Anoka County Sheriff’s Office are investigating the deadly crash.
The individuals involved in the August 28, 2022, motor vehicle crash in the City of Ham Lake who were in the SUV have been identified as:

• Lee Vang, age 28, from Andover, MN (Deceased)
Passengers:
• Astrid Lee, age 3, from Andover, MN (Deceased)
• Levi Lee, age 6 months, from Andover, MN (Deceased)
• Kyria Lee, age 7, from Andover, MN
• Rhodia Xiong, age 26, from Andover, MN
