BCA Handling Officer-Involved Fatal Shooting

Donnelly, MN (Learfield)  --  The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is investigating an officer-involved fatal shooting in Stevens County Friday morning.

A deputy found a man slumped over in a pickup in Donnelly.  The man drove off as the deputy tried to talk to him, leading law enforcement authorities from several agencies on a chase across three counties.

When he finally stopped, there was a brief standoff, then the unnamed suspect pointed a gun at officers and he was shot to death.
