The Biggest Things That Stress Out Minnesotans
What have you been stressed about lately? Maybe the most recent thing is the holidays, since we just wrapped up that time of year. Throughout our lives, there are plenty of things that we will and have stressed about.

Minnesota is One of the Least Stressed States in the US
If I were to ask you what you think people are most stressed about, you'll probably think of things like politics, finances, health, family, etc., etc.
A recent study from iSelect broke it down and determined what we're most stressed about here in Minnesota.
Their study places Minnesota as a whole as the 6th LEAST stressed state, behind Hawaii, then Rhode Island, Connecticut, Nebraska, and North Dakota.
But when we do get stressed, what are we stressing about?

What Minnesotans Are Stressed About
The categories they looked at for the studies were:
Work Stress
Financial Stress
Education Stress
Mental Health Stress
Relationship Stress
Health-Related Financial Stress
Out of those, the thing we're least stressed about is relationship stress. Next is mental health stress, followed by work stress and education stress.
Our top stressors in Minnesota are both in the financial realm. Financial stress in general came in as our second biggest stressor. Which means, health-related financial stress, specifically, is the biggest thing we stress about in Minnesota.
