
Body Found in Pond in Southeast Rochester
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - Rochester police are investigating the discovery of a deceased person in a pond in southeast Rochester.
Person Fishing Discoverers Dead Body
Police Department Communications Coordinator Amanda Grayson says a person fishing in a pond north of Highway 52 and south of 30th Street Southeast discovered a “decomposing body.” The discovery of the remains was reported around 4 p.m. on Saturday.

Grayson says a preliminary investigation did not find evidence of foul play.
Identification Pending
The Southeastern Minnesota Regional Medical Examiner’s Office is currently working to identify the deceased individual and determine the cause of death.
