Boudreau: ‘We Looked Tired’
(St. Paul, MN) -- The Minnesota Wild jumped to a 1-0 lead over the Philadelphia Flyers last night when Zach Parise scored just two minutes into the game.
But that was all they would get. The Flyers got the goal back just before the end of the first period and went on to beat Minnesota 3-1. A win would have clinched a playoff spot, but that will have to wait. Unhappy with his team's performance, head coach Bruce Boudreau felt the team looked tired. The question then becomes, when will they wake up?
The three game home stand wraps up Saturday when Vancouver comes to the Excel Energy Center for a 1 o'clock face off.
