Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A Rochester man contacted police last Friday and reported that his vehicle had been hit by an arrow apparently fired by someone using a bow for a drive-by shooting.

The man says the incident occurred around midnight on Thursday shortly after he made a stop at the Holiday convenience store near the Walmart in northwest Rochester. After he pulled away from the convenience store, the man told police he noticed that a dark SUV was following him and when he pulled into the driveway at his home he heard something striking the rear of his vehicle. He later discovered an arrow sticking out of it.

A Police Department spokesman says the 25-year-old man could not think of any reason he would be targeted.
