State Senator Jeremy Miller has presented Minnesota Sports Betting Act 3.0, a proposal to allow the state’s 11 tribes to run mobile and in-person sportsbooks.
The freeze was scheduled to go into effect at 5 p.m. Tuesday, but was stayed by a federal judge until at least Monday after an emergency hearing requested by nonprofit groups that receive federal grants.
Thursday, January 9th has been declared a National Day of Mourning to honor former President Jimmy Carter who passed away at the age of 100 on December 29th.
