Child Hospitalized After Near Drowning in Wright County

(Montrose, MN)  Learfield Wire Services/TTWN Media Networks -- A three-year-old boy is being treated at Children's Minnesota Hospital after being pulled from a pool Friday afternoon near Montrose.

The Wright County Sheriff's Office says the child was found unconscious at the bottom of an above ground pool in Woodland Township. E-M-Ts began life-saving measures on the boy before he was airlifted to the Twin Cities. There's no word on his current condition.
