Rochester City Attorney made his monthly stroll from City Hall to the KROC-AM studio Wednesday morning for his regular appearance on Rochester Today with Tracy McCray and Andy Brownell.

Adkins regularly fields calls from citizens about a variety of city-related legal issues and lately has been dealing with numerous calls from people requesting the city take some sort of action to counter Charter Communications' move to an all digital system in Rochester that requires the use of a digital cable box on every TV.  Watch the video above for his response.

Adkins also noted that he recently received a couple calls from self-described panhandlers seeking more information about the aggressive panhandling ordinance that was recently approved by the City Council. The City Attorney says there is apparently some confusion about the new law in the community and he has been attending the police department morning roll call meetings to speak directly with the officers who are dealing with the aggressive panhandling issue on the streets to make sure they have the correct information.
