Rochester Meeting on Level 3 Sex Offender Canceled
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - The Rochester Police Department has canceled a planned community notification meeting that was scheduled for a week from today. The meeting concerned the relocation of 37-year-old Brian Joseph Miller within the city but officials say the Level III sex offender no longer resides in Rochester.

The Rochester Police Department has scheduled a community notification meeting concerning a high-risk sex offender.
A news release indicates 37-year-old Brian Joseph Miller has notified local authorities that he has changed his address to a residence in the 1600 block of 1st Avenue Northeast. Representatives from the police department and the Minnesota Department of Corrections will participate in a meeting at Peace United Church of Christ located at 1503 2nd Ave NE on November 6th concerning the Level 3 offender. The meeting will start at 6 PM.
The Department of Corrections says Miller has a history of sexual conduct and contact with both known and unknown adult female victims.
