County Atty Mark Ostrem On RGM [VIDEO]

Two of the big issues this morning on Rochester's Good Morning with Olmsted County Attorney Mark Ostrem concerned the use of "body cams" by law enforcement and the recent "Child Abuse Task Force" report.

Regarding "body cams" and license plate readers, there's the question of how long can the information be kept.  Also, can widespread use create as many problems as it solves?
