Southeast Minnesota Man Injured After Crashing Jeep Into Trees
La Crescent, MN (KROC-AM News)- A southeast Minnesota man was taken to a hospital following a single-vehicle crash Thursday night.

He was the only person in his vehicle. The State Patrol responded to the crash in Houston County around 10:20 p.m.
A Jeep was traveling north on Hwy. 26 just south of La Crescent when it left the road and struck trees along the two-lane highway, the state crash report says.
76-year-old Joseph Mark Schneider was identified as the driver. The Brownsville man was taken to the Mayo Clinic Hospital in La Crosse for treatment of what are being described as non-life-threatening injuries.
Schneider was buckled up and alcohol was not involved in the crash, according to the state crash report.
The Houston County Sheriff’s Office, La Crescent Police Department, La Crescent Fire Department and Tristate Ambulance also responded to the crash.
