Critters, Do We Have To Kill Them?

Olmsted County Parks Director Tom Ryan joined the program with Rich and Kim this morning.  One listener was concerned about the plan at Hadley Creek to lethally trap the beavers and other nuisance critters, like skunks.  Can't we just relocate them?
