Dodge County Man Charged With Sexually Assaulting 8-Year-Old

West Concord, MN (KROC-AM News) - A Dodge County man has been charged with sexually assaulting a child.

According to the criminal complaint, 32-year-old Robert Mikal Robert of West Concord was arrested last month after he was interviewed by Dodge County investigators. The court document says he is charged with first- and second-degree criminal sexual conduct.

Alleged Assaults Reported Last Month

The charges say a West Concord police officer responded in early January to a report of a past sexual assault. The officer spoke with a woman who indicated that her 8-year-old daughter had been sexually assaulted at a West Concord residence in December.

The criminal complaint says the child indicated she had been assaulted on three occasions.

Denies Allegations

The court document says the suspect denied any sexual contact with the victim.

His conditional bail has been set at $100,000.
