
Elderly Twin Cities Man Hurt in SE Minnesota Crash
Kenyon, MN (KROC-AM News)- A single-vehicle crash in Goodhue County sent a Twin Cities man to the hospital Wednesday afternoon.

The State Patrol responded to the crash along Hwy. 56 north of Kenyon. The crash happened shortly after 2 p.m.
The state crash report indicates a southbound pick-up truck left the two lane highway and entered the ditch where it struck several trees. The driver, identified as 74-year-old Douglas Henry Synstegard of South St. Paul, suffered what are being described as non-life-threatening injuries.
He was transported from the scene to a Faribault hospital for further treatment. He was buckled up and alcohol was not involved in the crash, the state report says.
The Goodhue County Sheriff’s Office, Kenyon Police Department, Kenyon Fire Department and North Ambulance also responded to the crash.
