Maple Grove, MN (KROC-AM News) - A manager of a Twin Cities fast food restaurant has been sentenced to 10-years in prison for engaging in a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old employee.

Hennepin County prosecutors had asked the judge in the case to follow state sentencing guidelines, which called for a 12-year prison sentence for 25-year-old Andrew Albertorio. He previously admitted to a first-degree criminal sexual conduct charge through a plea deal that resulted in the dismissal of four other first-degree charges.

Albertorio was accused of pressuring the teenage girl into repeated sexual encounters at the McDonalds and other locations. He was arrested and charged after the girl's mother went to Maple Grove police last year and reported her daughter had been sexually assaulted by her manager.
