Section tournaments are underway and the final rankings have been released by the Minnesota High School Volleyball Coaches Association.

There was limited movement from a week ago. Minneota, Nova Classical, and Marshall all remained at #1 in their respective classes, while Lakeville North made the jump to #1 in Class AAA. You can see the full rankings for yourself below:

Class A Minnesota High School Volleyball Rankings

Only one change in the Top 10 this week in Class A as MACCRAY moved from #9 to #8 and Spring Grove fell from #8 to #9. Bethlehem Academy, Mabel-Canton, and Kenyon-Wanamingo all remained at #4, #5, and #6 respectively.

Faribault B.A is the #1 seed in the Section 1A Tournament, while Mabel-Canton is the #2 seed, Kenyon-Wanamingo is the #3 seed and Spring Grove is the #4 seed.

Class AA Minnesota High School Volleyball Rankings

There were a few changes compared to last week when it comes to the Class AA rankings. Southwest Christian moved up from #5 to #4 while Sauk Centre fell one spot from #4 to #5. Concordia also jumped from #11 to #10 this week.

Zumbrota-Mazeppa and Cannon Falls remained at #2 and #6 this week. The Cougars are the #1 seed in the Section 1AA tournament while Cannon Falls is the #2 seed. Chatfield is the #3 seed and Caledonia is the #4 seed.

There was some movement in the Class AAA rankings this week as Byron moved up from #9 to #8, New Prague moved from #10 to #9 and Mahtomedi fell from #8 to #10.

Kasson-Mantorville and Stewartville remained at #3 and #6 this week. K-M is the #1 seed in the Section 1AAA tournament, Stewartville is the #2 seed, and Byron is the #3 seed.

Class AAAA Minnesota High School Volleyball Rankings

Lakeville North moved up one spot to #1 this week, jumping over Champlin Park who is at #2. Northfield remained at #4 while Lakeville South fell from #6 to #7. Rochester Mayo received votes this week.

The Section 1AAAA tournament is loaded with Northfield as the #1 seed, Lakeville North as the #2 seed, Lakeville South as the #3 seed, Rochester Mayo as the #4 seed, and Rochester Century as the #5 seed. All five of those teams saw time ranked in the Top 10 this season. It will make for an incredible Section tournament.

The Minnesota Counties With The Most Bigfoot Sightings

Apparently, there are at least SOME people that feel like they have seen Sasquatch. In fact, there have been 74 total Bigfoot sightings/reports of a sighting in Minnesota and the most recent one was in St. Louis County in November of 2020. St. Louis County also has the most reported sightings with 21. Check out the Top 5 list below according to The Bigfoot Field Researchers Organization.
