Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - The Red Cross is assisting four people who lost their home to a fire in Rochester Friday evening.
A news release from the Rochester Fire Department says fire crews responded around 7:30 p.m. to a report of a fire in a mobile home at Rocky Creek Estates, which is located east of North Broadway near the Bowlocity entertainment center. All of the occupants were able to escape before the firefighters arrived at the scene.
The fire crews found a fully involved fire in a mobile home with an attached three-season porch. The residence is considered a total loss and a vehicle parked next to it was also destroyed. Officials say the fire also melted the exterior siding on a neighboring mobile home.
