Friday Rochesterfest Events Will Open on Schedule
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - Despite the torrential rains that hit the city overnight, and thanks to some large pumps brought in last night, Rochesterfest will be opening on schedule at 11 o’clock this morning.
Organizers of the annual community festival made the announcement this morning. They noted the Earthfest booths will not be set up today at Soldiers Field, but everything else will go on as scheduled. That includes today’s noon-time entertainment by Swing Street, an afternoon Bean Bag tournament and the TGIF Bash starting at 4 PM.
