Gophers Football Team Faces Game Without Coach Kill
Minneapolis, MN (Learfield Sports) -- The Minnesota Golden Gophers will try to defy the odds as heavily-favored Michigan comes to T-C-F Bank Stadium for a Big Ten Conference football game tonight.
Kickoff is set for 6:00 p-m. It will be the first test for interim head coach Tracy Claeys. Michigan (5-2, 2-1) is ranked 17th in the nation and is coming off a stunning, last-second loss to Michigan State.
The Gophers (4-3, 1-2) won this game last season. They will be playing without two starting offensive linemen for the third game in a row.
