PISCATAWAY, N.J (gophersports.com)  - Minnesota sophomore Daniel Oturu scored 17 of his game-high 19 points in the second half, leading the Gophers in a 64-56 loss at Rutgers Sunday.

Oturu was one of two double-digit scorers for Minnesota (10-8, 4-4), joined by junior Payton Willis who added 12. Four Scarlet Knights (14-4, 5-2) reached double figures, led by the trio of Montez Mathis, Ron Harper Jr., and Jacob Young who each chipped in 11.

The Gophers return to action on Thursday evening, traveling to Ohio State for a 5:30 p.m. CT tip in Columbus.
