
86-Year-Old Man & 30-Year-Old Woman Injured in Separate Crashes on I-90 in Southern Minnesota
Undated (KROC-AM News)- Two people suffered injuries in separate crashes on Interstate 90 in southern Minnesota Sunday.

The State Patrol responded to the first crash shortly before 2:30 p.m. The second injury crash happened shortly before 9:15 p.m.
Both crashes involved a single vehicle.
Fairmont Man & Austin Woman Injured in Separate Crashes on I-90 Sunday
Sunday afternoon’s crash occurred due north of Albert Lea. The driver of a westbound Jeep lost control of the vehicle and rolled in the median, the state crash report says.
86-year-old Violet Mae Gratz of Fairmont was identified as the driver and 86-year-old Norman Arthur Gratz of Fairmont was riding with her.
Norman suffered non-life-threatening injuries. He was brought to a Mayo Clinic Health System hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Violet escaped the crash without injuries, the State Patrol says.
The Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office, Albert Lea Fire and Rescue, Manchester Fire and Mayo Clinic Ambulance also responded to the crash.
30-Year-Old Woman Injured After Striking Deer on I-90 Near Austin
Sunday night’s crash happened three miles east of the Hwy. 56 interchange near Austin.
30-year-old Yvette Moyeda of Austin was driving a car west on the interstate when she collided with a deer, the state crash report says.
Moyeda was taken to a Mayo Clinic Health System hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, according to the State Patrol. Mayo Clinic Ambulance also responded to the crash.
All occupants were buckled up and alcohol was not a factor in either crash, the state crash reports say.
