Rochester Police Working to ID Serial Exposer (UPDATE)
Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - It looks like a man who has been exposing himself to women in the St. Marys Hospital area was at it again Thursday.
Rochester Police Capt. Casey Moilanen says a 30-year-old woman was walking on 11th Ave near 2nd St SW around 7:30 PM when she was confronted by a man who began masturbating.
The woman walked away but the man followed her and at one point, grabbed her from behind while still exposing himself. The woman was able to break away from the man and fled. The man ran in another direction. The woman called 911 but police could not locate the man.
Moilanen says there have been several similar incidents in the same area. This appears to be the most aggressive.
The woman described the man as black, 5-10 with a skinny build and wearing dark-framed glasses. He is believed to be in his late teens or early 20s.The description is similar to the earlier incidents. He was wearing an Adidas sweatshirt and blue athletic shoes.
