Downtown Rochester, MN Halloween Event

On October 31st, grab your friends and the kids and head downtown for what's going to be a fun, first-ever Fall-O-Ween.

There's going to be a Candy Crawl for kids at businesses around downtown Rochester. A map of the participating businesses is coming soon, but the crawl will be from 1-4 PM.

In addition the Candy Crawl, there will be a Witches Brew Trail. Again, a map is coming soon, but it will feature downtown coffee shops, bars, and cocktail lounges featuring Halloween-themed drinks. This is for adults and kids depending on the time of day you go. The Witches Brew Trail will be on as long as the businesses are open.

Sekapp Orchard will also have a pop-up (open 1-4 PM) and you'll want to keep your eyes peeled throughout downtown for Scaredy the Cat. Don't worry, he'll be hidden in plain sight. If you find him, report back to the Downtown Alliance tent at the Peace Plaza between 1 and 4 PM on Halloween to claim your prize.

Jack-O-Lantern Showcase in Downtown Rochester, MN

And if that wasn't enough, there's also going to be a Jack-O-Lantern Showcase. This will be out during Fall-O-Ween, but the pumpkins will be on display in downtown storefront windows October 30th through November 1st.

If you want to be a carver, they're looking for talented people! If you're interested, email events@downtownrochestermn.com by October 9th. They want some creative work, so be prepared, and first and second place (based on popular vote) will win a gift card to a downtown business of their choice.

Oh, and obviously it's highly encouraged that you come to Fall-O-Ween in your Halloween costume!
