
Update: Minnesota Body Discovery is Now a Murder Investigation
Jordan, MN (KROC-AM News)- Authorities say a case involving the discovery of a missing Minnesota woman’s body is now a homicide.

A news release issued last week by the Jordan Police Department said officers assisting in the search for a missing 46-year-old woman discovered her body while checking on a property that was known to her.
She was reported missing on the afternoon of January 28. Investigators ordered an autopsy after recovering her body.

Jordan, MN Homicide: Autopsy Identifies Missing Minnesota Woman, Determines Cause of Her Death
On Monday, the Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s Office released a report of a preliminary autopsy that identified the woman as Tabitha Renee Justice.
The report ruled the Jordan woman’s death a homicide and says she suffered a fatal gunshot wound to the head.
Jordan Police Department investigators and the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension are now actively investigating the fatal shooting, a news release issued Monday by the Jordan Police Department says.
No other information has been released as of Tuesday morning. Authorities are asking anyone with information regarding the homicide to call the Jordan Police Department at 952-492-2009.
Tips can be submitted anonymously through the “Jordan Tips” smartphone app and through the city’s website. Citizens can also text information to 847411 and are asked to start the message with the words “Jordan Tips.”
