
30-Year-Old Man Suffers Severe Wounds in Kasson Stabbing, Woman Taken into Custody
Kasson, MN (KROC-AM News)- A man suffered what authorities are describing as severe wounds in a stabbing that happened in Kasson.

That’s according to a news release issued Friday morning by the Kasson Police Department. Authorities are describing the case as a domestic incident.

Man Suffers Severe Stab Wounds in Kasson Domestic Incident, Woman Arrested
Officers responded to the report of an injured male at the Kasson Kwik Trip, which is located at 200 8th St. SE, shortly after 12:30 Friday morning.
Responding officers encountered a 30-year-old man suffering from severe stab wounds to his arm.
Police began investigating and located the suspect. She is described as a 30-year-old woman.
Stabbing Suspect Arrested
Law enforcement found her in the 500 block of 2nd Ave. SE in Kasson.
Members of the Kasson Police Department, Dodge County Sheriff’s Office, Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office and Minnesota State Patrol took the suspect into custody without further incident, the news release says.
Police indicated children were inside of the home. None of them were harmed.
Kasson Police Chief Josh Hanson has identified the stabbing suspect as Johana Paradas and says she has been booked into the Olmsted County Jail on suspicion of second-degree assault and domestic assault.
Hanson also tells KROC News that an update on the victim's condition is not available.
